Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Refundable Items

Certification exam fees and assessment costs are non-refundable once the assessment has been accessed or attempted.

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Absence from sessions may affect eligibility for completion certificates or certification. We do not provide refunds for missed sessions due to participant scheduling conflicts.
